ORANGE COUNTY – Troy Edgar’s campaign for Congress today announced an endorsement from Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas. As a City Councilman, Troy Edgar has worked closely with the DA’s office to enact a tough new law aimed at protecting children from sexual predators.
“Supporting Troy Edgar for Congress was an easy decision,” said Rackauckas. “He has made Orange County a safer place for children. He shares with me a desire to keep Orange County safe. We need more people with common sense in Washington DC.”
“I’ve been able to work with the District Attorney to help protect children in my City,” said Edgar. “Tony Rackauckas has done a remarkable job of keeping Orange County safe for a dozen years. I am proud to have his support.”
The endorsement from District Attorney Rackauckas comes on the heels of Edgar having been endorsed by State Senator Tom Harman and Assemblyman Jeff Miller.
Troy Edgar is a Navy Veteran, the owner of two successful Orange County businesses, and is an elected City Councilman. Active in his community, Troy volunteers much of his time with the Casa Youth Shelter, AYSO, PTA, and his local Chamber of Commerce. Troy and his wife Betty live in Los Alamitos, where they have raised three sons.

Liar, Liar, Troy is a liar. He has lied over and over to the residents he claims to represent. Not only that, he was recently found in violating of a city ordinance. The ordinance used when selecting the solid waste hauler. Oh and by the way, Troy voted in support of the ordinance he ignored.
