As the counting drags on, the micro-margin between Gerri Graham-Mejia and Dean Zarkos for the third seat on the Los Alamitos City Council has not changed in the last 24 hours.
In the latest provisional results released today by the Registrar of Voters, Gerri Graham-Mejia is holding on to her slim lead. During the last 24 hours of processing, the Registrar has processed a grand total of 6 more ballots in this race – 3 for Mejia, 3 for Zarkos. Thus, Mejia’s lead holds at 23 votes.
